By using BillXact, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read these carefully before using our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the BillXact application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the application.

2. Description of Service

BillXact provides a mobile billing application that enables small businesses to create invoices, manage products, generate GST-compliant bills, print receipts via Bluetooth thermal printers, generate tokens, and manage parking operations. The service is offered through subscription plans.

3. Subscription Plans

BillXact offers Standard, Pro, Premium, and Parking subscription plans billed annually. Features and pricing are subject to change. Subscription activation requires successful payment via Razorpay.

4. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must provide accurate and complete business information
• You agree not to misuse the application or attempt to access unauthorized features
• You are responsible for the accuracy of invoices and bills generated using the application

5. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely via Razorpay. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of 18% GST. Refer to our Refund Policy for details on cancellations and refunds.

6. Limitation of Liability

BillXact is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our application.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content, designs, logos, UI/UX layouts, source code, algorithms, and branding elements of BillXact are the exclusive intellectual property of Tattv Solutions and are protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
• You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on the BillXact application, website, or any of its components without prior written consent.
• The BillXact name, logo, and all related trademarks are the property of Tattv Solutions. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
• Any unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of BillXact's design, code, features, or assets may result in legal action under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.
• User-generated data (invoices, products, business information) remains your property, but the tools and systems used to generate them are owned by BillXact.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karnataka, India.
